But wait there’s more! We know the importance of finding hands-on activities that help little hands with fine motor skills. So, we have included our super cute Fine Motor Animal Match-Up Activity.

These gorgeous animals will have your students strengthening the muscles in their fingers, all while having fun mixing and matching the legs, tails and animal bodies!  The action of opening and closing the wooden pegs is perfect for fine motor development.

Learning Numbers

How absolutely adorable is this printable resource available in this teaching resource pack? A set of shirts each with a number from 1-20 on them – a great resource to create a number line in your classroom.

This resource can also be used as an activity in a variety of ways and for a mixture of skill levels. Here are just a few examples:

  • Students have to peg the shirts in order on a piece of string.
  • Other students may be able to peg the numbers from biggest to smallest.
  • Some may even be able to count in 2s – the options are endless with this resource.
