    Hi Cathi. I’ve just checked the PowerPoint through a few different devices and it seems to be downloading and opening fine for me. May I suggest that you make sure you’re logged in to your premium account, download the PowerPoint while using a Chrome or Firefox browser, and make sure no ad blockers or filters are stopping the file from being downloaded. If that doesn’t help, please let me know and I’ll do my best to follow this up!
