Could this please be able to be customised to change font, eg NSW Print so that the letters (particularly the a) can be in a consistent font?

Hi Fiona, Unfortunately not. Our bunting is designed with a 'look' in mind which includes how the fonts match with the design. As far as font consistency goes, I suggest you read this great blog by Paul, one of our resource creators: https://www.teachstarter.com/blog/exploring-different-fonts-and-prints-with-young-readers/ If there is anything else I can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact me.
