How to Make the Most of These Character Posters

These posters have been created to support literacy instruction in your classroom. You may wish to use them in the following ways:

  1. Print the posters on A3 paper and display them in your classroom as a reminder of the various types of character traits.
  2. As you teach about characters, provide students with a smaller version of the posters to paste into their workbooks.
  3. Use the resource as a word wall display by adding more examples of character traits, feelings and appearance around each poster.

I would love to have a Character Actions poster, too.

Hi there, I love this resource but is it possible to increase the size of the font for display. There is so much white space around the words and even in A3 on display the words are hard to read.
