Use this classroom spinner template on the IKEA Lustigt Spinner.
A great interactive phonics activity for students to do in the early years classroom. A variety of digraphs have been used around the spinner so that your students can practise identifying different digraphs. Here are some ways you could use this phonics activity in the classroom:
- students can list all the words they can think of that contain each digraph
- students verbalise each digraph the spinner lands on
- students use the digraph to come up with a word and then use that word in a sentence.
Print this template on durable card so that it can be used time and time again. This template includes 12 different sections (one section will go across two sections on the spinner).
