This History unit covers a range of concepts relating to how daily life of the present is different from the past and how it could change in the future.
It consists of 8 lessons of appropriately 60 minutes duration.
The sequence of lessons and suggested time frames should be regarded as a guide only; teachers should pace lessons in accordance with the individual learning needs of their class.
An assessment task for monitoring student understanding of the unit objective is included, and will require an additional lesson.

Love, love, love this unit of work! We have used these units to plan our Inquiry topic for next term. Great activities, terrific videos to tune the children into the different topics and interesting follow up tasks.
