A hands-on experiment to use when investigating how shelters protect living things.

In this science experiment, students will investigate how shelters protect living things from the sun by designing and making a shelter for a UV-sensitive animal.

Students conduct the experiment in small groups and record their predictions and observations on the worksheets provided.
