Encourage teamwork and positive behaviour at your table groups with Terrific Tables.

If you chose to arrange your classroom into table groups, use the Terrific Tables game to promote positive interactions and behaviour amongst the groups. Groups need to assign themselves a name which can be written on to the Team Points sheet.

Then as you see the groups working well or interacting positively with each other, you can award their group points. If it is a particularly special occasion, a member of the group can come up and spin the Terrific Tables Turner for a chance to win points!

This is a really fun game to play with your students and they love having the opportunity to turn the Terrific Tables Turner! Students run the risk of the Terrific Table Turner landing on a chance card which could win or lose something for their group. There are also some blank chance cards to add in some rewards that are particularly popular in your own classroom.

The points for each Terrific Table could be reset each week or continue as an ongoing exercise within your classroom.
