A set of dominoes to help students with their understanding of 2-D shapes.
This teaching resource allows students to explore 2-D shapes.
This activity is great to use in your math centers. Simply print the dominoes on cardstock for added durability.
Shapes include polygons with 12 or fewer sides. We have provided blank dominoes so that you and your students can create dominoes for shapes such as trapezoid and rhombus.
There are two versions of this resource. One uses the term ‘corners’ and the other uses the term ‘vertices’. Versions are indicated in the drop down menu.
