A whole class game played between the teacher and students to encourage good class behaviour.

You can organise your classroom reward structure to be:

  • Teacher vs classroom students
  • Student group vs student group

Assign the class and the teacher to the red aeroplane or blue aeroplane – each aeroplane must follow their respective track around the globe. Students move forward when they are demonstrating good behaviour and the teacher moves forward when the students are not showing good behaviour.

Alternatively, you can divide the class into groups and make them race each other for good behaviour. An alternate version is included with more planes and an altered map.

Print the map out on A3. Cut out the aeroplane pieces so you can position them on the map to chart progress. Use the score cards as an additive to easily chart who is ahead.

I love this idea!!! However, I am not quite sure how to use it. Where does the teacher come in? Is there a plane to represent the teacher? Thanks

Hi Fatima, thank you for your feedback. I have updated the instructions to this resource and hope that it will explain the resource a little better. The resource can be used for both teacher vs class and student groups competing with each other. As you reward them, they move forward on the board following the numbered places on the map list. The planes are their counter pieces which move throughout the board. The teacher can then decide what the reward will be when the winning team makes it to the end. I hope this helps. If you need any more assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me

It would be cool to have other colour planes and score charts to use this as table group reward chart as well as "beat the teacher"
