A fun sight word game for children to play in the classroom.
Use this fun game when learning sight words.
Print a Sight Word Splash game board. Group students into pairs and provide each pair with a recording worksheet, dice and counters.
Students take turns rolling the dice and placing their counter on the corresponding sight word. They are required to say the sight word out loud then record it on the worksheet. If they cannot say the word, their partner can ‘steal’ the word or they miss a turn.
The student with the most amount of sight words at the end wins the game!
