This teaching resource is a part of our Five Wonders Theme Park Stimulus Projects. The aim of this project is for students to plan a limited evening at Five Wonders within a given budget. In this scenario, the rides have their own ticket prices which vary in value. Students need to budget for the rides they go on, as well as food they will need to eat, while staying in a limited time frame.
In this activity, students will experience:
- money and budgeting
- time management
- table and schedule reading
- comprehension skills from a visual and literal stimulus
