Visual Daily Timetable and Equipment - Desk Strip

A visual timetable and the equipment required for students who could benefit from having daily activities displayed on their desk.

Print out a Visual Daily Timetable and Equipment strip and laminate it. Stick velcro squares on the strip and the opposite velcro squares on the activity and equipment squares.

Provided are several different formats for the desk strip. There are also some spare activity squares for you to add in any activities that are specific to your class.

These Visual Daily Timetable Desk Strips would be beneficial for students with special needs.

  • When I print this off, the box pages are fine, but for some reason the activity and equipment pictures are much bigger. Thus, not fitting on the page or the velcro box. Anyone else have this problem?

    • Hi Katie,

Thank you for your comment. You may need to adjust the page size you print the pages on. Perhaps try scaling the prints to fit on A4 paper or increasing the size of the boxes to print on A3.

If you are printing from Adobe reader, here’s some tips and instructions on how to scale your pages for printing: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/scale-or-resize-printed-pages.html

Please let me know if you require further information and I’ll be happy to help.

      Kind regards,

  • Is there Any way this could be made editable through the studio? A lot of the pictures are great but just need to change the wording to suit what we use in our school. Thanks

    • Hi, I would also like to be able to change some of the wording by some of the pictures to suit our school language please. Wonderful resource that I look forward to using with some of my students with special needs. Thank you.
