A template that students use to demonstrate their ability to describe the features of 2-D shapes.
Use this template when exploring 2-D shapes and their features. This would work great as a check-in or an assessment!
In each of the three boxes, students draw a sketch of a 2-D shape and fill out the associated information. The bottom section requires students to describe the features of the shape in a few sentences.
A Google Slides version is available for students who are virtual. Use the drop-down menu to choose your download.
A 3-D Figure Profiles Template is also available.
