Adjectives Word Mat
A table of descriptive language covering a variety of topics for students to use in their writing.
A fantastic teaching resource to use during the writing process. This word mat will give your students ideas on how to add more detail to their writing.
How do I use this resource?
- Print on cardstock and have available in your writing centers.
- Print a copy for each student and have them stick the word mat in their writing journal or folder.
- Have students cut out one or two boxes at a time and focus on these descriptive language groups.
