Black History Profile - Shirley Chisholm
A comprehension task to use when learning about Shirley Chisholm.
Use this resource during Black History Month to celebrate Shirley Chisholm, the first African American woman elected to U.S. Congress.
There are three options for you to choose from when downloading this resource.
- You may choose to print the profile of Shirley Chisholm and comprehension questions on letter-size paper for your students to use independently.
- You may choose to print the profile of Shirley Chisholm on tabloid paper and display it as a poster in your classroom during Black History Month.
- You may choose to download the Google Slides version of the comprehension task and questions to assign to your students.
An answer sheet is provided for the comprehension task.
