Choosing the Operation Center – Decimals
In this center, students practice operations with decimals. Students read a problem, decide what operation they need to solve the problem, and write the operation on a white board. Then “”1-2-3-Show!”” Students show the white board and discuss how they knew what operation to use to solve the problem. Once they agree, everyone draws a picture to represent the problem and solves it.
