Digital Activities to Learn & Practice 10s Multiplication Facts

Learn and practice the 10s multiplication facts on interactive Google slides. Learn the facts using concrete models, strip diagrams, input-output tables, lists of facts, number lines, skip counting, the multiplication table, flash cards, and fact families. Then solve word problems for each of the facts using multiple models.

Slide deck can be assigned as one activity or the slides can be separated into individual activities.

Use for practice at school or at home.

Interactive Google slides can be used on any device that allows students to edit Google Slides.

Slide Deck includes:

  • Technology practice so that students practice using the technology prior to working on the assignment
  • Concrete models, a strip diagram, an input-output table, and a list of the facts to understand the patterns in the 10s facts
  • Facts on number lines and skip counting
  • A multiplication table where students fill in the 10s only allowing them to clearly see the multiplication facts patterns
  • Flash card practice that can be filled in on the slide or printed and cut apart for games or standard flash card practice
  • Fact family practice using multiplication and division with where students fill in the missing factors, products, or quotients
  • 3 problems solved using concrete and pictorial models, arrays, repeated addition
  • 3 problems solved using strip diagrams and number lines
  • 4 problems solved using number lines and input-output tables.

Use at home, in small groups, during guided math, and in centers.
