Numeracy Working Mats
Math working mats to explore place value, operations, and fractions.
Use this teaching resource in the classroom when working with number and operation concepts. The working mats are available for:
 place value
 addition and subtraction
 multiplication and division
 fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Students complete activities including:
 drawing arrays
 completing fact families
 demonstrating commutative property
 finding equivalence between fractions
 writing a story
 drawing a picture.
Print out and laminate the mats for students to use repeatedly with a dry erase marker. Alternatively, provide each student with a black and white version to paste into their math journal.
