Practice identifying odd and even in simple numbers and sums with this fun Tic-Tac-Toe game

Is it Odd or Even? Game

Are you trying to engage your students in fun, hands-on activities to practice their knowledge of odd and even numbers? This set of five game boards is the perfect solution to a fun activity in which students of differing skill levels can be included. Two game boards have simple numbers, and three have a collection of sums where students must determine if the answers to the sums are odd or even. Great for differentiations within small groups.

How to Play Odd or Even Tic-Tac-Toe

To play, provide each player with counters in a different color.

Player 1 rolls the dice; based on their roll, they pick a box in the column that they rolled. They must say if that box results in an odd or even number. If they are correct, they place a counter on that box. Player 2 then has their turn—the first player to get three in a row wins.
