This versatile teaching resource has multiple applications in the early years classroom. It contains six different visual representations of the numbers 1-10. Each number is represented by:
- the digit
- the word
- MAB blocks
- tally marks
- fingers
- a tens frame.
Cut and laminate sets of flashcards for use during numeracy rotations. Alternatively, send sets of the flashcards home with your students to help consolidate their number recognition.
Students could also use the flashcards to play card games such as Snap, Memory or Go Fish.
