An interactive game to play in pairs to consolidate understanding of discounts and sale price.
Use this board game when exploring how to calculate discounts and sale price.
Students roll the Price Dice and the Discount Dice. They use mental mathematics strategies to apply the discount rolled to the price rolled, then subtract the discount amount from the original price to calculate the sale price. If the sale price appears on their game board, it can be covered with a counter. If it does not appear on the game board, play moves to Player 2.
The first player to cover all of the sale prices on their game board with counters is the winner.
