Weather versus Climate Poster

Teach Starter Publishing
PDF | 1 page | Years: 3

A poster explaining the difference between weather and climate.

Weather is temporary and only lasts hours or days at the most. Climate, however, is the measurement of average weather conditions, such as temperature, rainfall, humidity, wind, or snow, for a particular region over many years.

Use this classroom poster in science lessons to help students differentiate between weather and climate.

Print out on large paper and display in the classroom for students to reference. Or print out smaller and have students glue into their science journal to reference at home or while working in small groups.
