An editable PowerPoint presentation to use when teaching your students about stress management.

Stress is becoming more and more common in our students – between assignments, after-school responsibilities, and family obligations, it is easy for our students to feel pulled and stretched too thin. With stress in students climbing at an alarming rate, it is so important that we teach our students how to manage their stress.

Use this teaching presentation to teach your students 4 different stress management techniques they can use at school or home! This presentation explains each technique, how to use it, and even leads students through a practise run for each one!

Students will learn how to relieve stress using:

  • Guided Imagery
  • Progressive Muscle Relaxation
  • Self-Soothing Senses
  • Positive Affirmations.

This resource would be great to incorporate into a self-management lesson as part of your students’ social-emotional learning. It could also be used as a small-group lesson for students who are struggling with stress.
