A hands-on educational resource with so many applications!

Bear Squares are a great teaching resource for a variety of classroom activities.

Use them as informal units in early years mathematics lessons when measuring length and area. Attach them to the net of a cube to brighten up a lesson on 3 dimensional shapes or use them to learn about and create patterns.

They could be used in a Science lesson when looking at observable characteristics.

The Bear Squares could also be used to create an educational game, such as ‘Memory’, or students could describe them to develop the use of adjectives in their speaking and descriptive writing.

This educational resource also comes with a blank Bear Square grid for students to design and create their own bears.

The only limit is your imagination!
