Mindfulness Activity Tracker - 11 Weeks
A 11 week chart and picture markers to use when tracking mindfulness practise.
Use this teaching resource when practising mindfulness activities with your students.
You can print, enlarge and laminate this tracker to display in your classroom. Print and laminate the picture markers on the second page to stick onto the chart on days when your class practises mindfulness. Alternatively, you can mark practise days with stickers or a marker.
Students may like to have their own copy of this mindfulness tracker in black and white. They can colour the pictures on the second page, using the tracker to note their personal mindfulness practise. This can help students maintain their practice, assist with habit forming and aid in growing awareness of how mindfulness can affect their thoughts and feelings at different times.
This tracker is also available as:
Use this resource in conjunction with the Mindfulness Activity Task Cards.
