Missing Addend Addition Picture Puzzle – Level 1

PDF | 3 pages|Grades: 1 - 2

Build simple addition skills with this missing addends worksheet.

Make completing missing addend worksheets more fun with this activity!

Using this addition worksheet is an engaging way to consolidate students’ mental computation skills.

Students calculate the missing addends up to 20 for each equation on a grid. They then cut and paste a puzzle piece with the matching answer onto the grid. The puzzle pieces form a mystery picture (in this case, a robot!).

This worksheet is the easiest of three differentiated worksheets. (One star in the top right corner indicates the simplest level).
