A whole class game played between the teacher and students to encourage good class behaviour.

Assign teams to the red car or blue car – each car must follow their respective track around Australia. Students move forward when they are demonstrating good behaviour and the teacher moves forward when the students are not showing good behaviour.

Print the Australian map out on A3. Cut out the car pieces so you can position them on the map to chart progress. Use the score cards to easily chart who is ahead.

Why is Byron Bay in Queensland?

Hi Kylie, Thank you for pointing this out. I am not sure why it was either! I have changed this marker to the Gold Coast. Feel free to download the resource again!

What a great resource! Goes really well with Alison Lester's 'Are we there yet?'. If I had to tweak it though, I would include stops at the capital cities and label the states and territories. Otherwise, it's perfect!
