Battleships Grid Template
A template to help consolidate students’ understanding of coordinates.
Put students in pairs and ask them to draw 4 battleships on their page. They can be horizontal or vertical and must be four coordinates long. Students then need to take it in turns choosing a coordinate to see if they have hit their partner’s battleship.
There is space to record their guesses to ensure they don’t double up.
