A fun art activity to explore shape and form in a three-dimensional work.
Use this teaching resource when studying shape and form as two of the Elements of Visual Art. Using air-hardening modelling clay, students make a wide-mouthed creature from a pinch pot. In order to create a distinct personality for the creature, consideration is given to the shapes chosen for the mouth and other features.
