Anzac Biscuit Recipe
A simple recipe to follow when baking Anzac biscuits.
During World War One, savoury hardtack biscuits were sent to the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps serving overseas. These biscuits became known as Anzac biscuits and are still traditionally made for Anzac Day each year.

Just wondering how many (roughly) biscuits this recipe makes?
Thanks

Hi Katelyn,
We estimate around 25, however, that depends on how big you decide to make them. If you are looking for a class set, I’d make them on the slightly smaller side.
