- Twisting – How objects such as ropes, wires, and cloth can be rotated or spiralled.
- Stretching – How elastic materials can lengthen when pulled.
- Tearing – How soft or thin materials can be pulled apart into pieces.
- Crushing – How materials can be flattened or broken under pressure.
Students learn to observe how materials behave and understand that physical changes do not create new substances… they simply change the shape or form.
