A template to help students create a curious creature book cover.
Use this template with your students to explore book covers.
To complete this activity, students decorate the curious creature in their own unique style. Then, they complete the book cover before assembling the pieces of the template to make their creature ‘hold’ the book. Alternatively, use the single page template for a smaller book cover activity.
This activity is a good opportunity for students to explore the features of a book cover, such as title, illustrations and synopsis.
