The ‘customise’ button isn’t taking me to the editing page. It is taking a long time to be fixed.

Hi Rachel, The 'customise' button is now working for me. Please try it again and let us know if you have any trouble.

Instead of having a category for fruit , laptops, and water bottles you should instead change those to pencils, paper, and perhaps a book or even leave a blank space to fill in misc. items.
