With four thoughtfully designed versions, these Adult vs. Baby Animal Worksheets make it easy to meet the diverse needs of your students.

Compare Adult Humans and Animals With Their Young

This printable pack includes four differentiated worksheet options:

  • Comparing My Parents and I – Students compare themselves to two parents, identifying similarities and differences in physical traits such as hair colour, eye colour, height, and other observable features.
  • Comparing My Parent and I –  Perfect for a variety of family structures, this version allows students to compare themselves with a single parent while still practising observation and comparison skills.
  • Comparing My Family Member and I- Students choose a trusted adult family member (such as a grandparent, aunt, uncle, or guardian) and compare traits, making the activity flexible and inclusive.
  • Comparing an Animal and Its Baby – Students draw an adult animal and its baby and identify similarities in size, features, and abilities, reinforcing life cycle and growth concepts.

These worksheets support both science standards and early comparison skills.
