Help Your Students Express Their Emotions With Ease!

Effective communication is essential for children’s emotional growth. It allows them to explore and understand their feelings, seek help, and build resilience. By supporting their expressive abilities, we help them become confident, compassionate, and well-rounded people.

Create an Emotions Wheel to Promote Emotional Awareness

This printable emotions wheel template is the perfect tool to have on hand when you have a student struggling to express his or her emotions. Print each wheel on cardstock for added durability and then fasten them together with a paper fastener. When students need a bit of support in expressing their emotions, simply hand off the emotions wheel and have the student turn the wheel until they see the emotion they are feeling. Once they know how they are feeling, you can step in and support them as needed.

Provide each student with a wheel so that they can communicate how they are feeling.
