A Sweet and Easy Grandparents’ Day Craft!
Are you looking for a simple activity for your students to complete in preparation for Grandparents’ Day? There’s a treat for every sweet grandparent out there with this printable grandparent craft full of ‘sweet’ adjectives.
This adorable craft/homemade gift is designed for your students to create a fun ice cream cone to describe and gift their grandparents on Grandparents’ Day. This template includes colour and black-and-white templates to make a sweet ice cream cone for grandma or grandpa!
Creating Your Handmade Grandparents’ Day Gift
- To create the unique cone, have students brainstorm and write adjectives to describe their grandparents on the sprinkles on the right side of the page.
- Colour and cut out all pieces of the template.
- Glue the cone to a sheet of coloured paper, then glue the individual adjective sprinkles on top.
- Finally, have your students write their grandparents a ‘sweet’ note at the bottom of their artwork and share it with their loved ones.
