I can't see any words on this document and it is only 2 pages - the title page and the blank templates. I have tried your suggestion below to install latest version and of Adobe and it has made no difference. I have also tried two different computers.

Hi Michelle, We're experiencing a technical difficulty with our word walls where the vocabulary list is not populating the cards. We are working on this and apologise for the inconvenience. In the meantime, a default PDF has been uploaded and can be accessed via the Download button or the 'Select a Download' section below the resource description. Also, if your subscription level gives you access to Studio, you can create and customise the word list by clicking on the 'Customise' button beside the download button. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. We're more than happy to help!

Hi Belle, are you able to confirm which font of the file you are downloading? The words will not display in the preview or in Studio, but should apply automatically to any PDF downloaded.

Hi Lisa and thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with this resource. I haven't been able to replicate on my end and am able to see the words on the document. My first suggestion would be to ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. http://get.adobe.com/reader/ If this doesn't fix the issue, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help further.
