Paper Chain Craft Activity

PDF | 2 pages|Grades: 1 - 4

A creative craft activity to use on Harmony Day when learning about cultural diversity.

This activity has been designed to compliment learning about cultural diversity.

Students use a paper chain template to represent themselves and their cultural background. The people cut outs are then joined together to create a paper chain to use as Harmony Day display for the classroom.

This Harmony Day resource includes:

  • instructions for teachers (including an example image of the finished product)
  • one paper chain template.
