Use Our Student Progress Report Template Today!

Make reporting student progress a breeze with our comprehensive set of downloadable templates. This versatile download includes five full-page options and three half-page options, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your needs. From autumn to winter and spring, or term 1 through term 4, effortlessly document student progress in maths, ELA, science and HASS.

Our carefully designed templates provide a structured framework for reporting and communicating student growth. Each template offers a clear layout, with designated sections to record strengths, areas of improvement, and specific skills to evaluate student behaviour. From following directions and respecting others to staying on task, these templates enable teachers to provide valuable feedback on both academic and behavioural aspects of student performance.

The half-page templates are to be used as a weekly progress report to document progress on specific behaviours. The included grading system uses the EGSN method.

  • E: Excellent
  • G: Good
  • S: Satisfactory
  • N: Needs improvement

If desired, the grading scale can be changed by using the editable Google Slides version.
