When Is Christmas 2026?

You probably don't need us to tell you that Christmas is celebrated on 25 December yearly! In 2026, Christmas will be observed on a Friday.

Basically, that means the last day of school will more than likely be on Friday, 18 December. Of course, the last day before winter break varies by school.

How Can I Decorate My Classroom For Christmas?

Want to bring Christmas into your classroom but already have so much to do? Here are some simple ideas you can try:

1. Display your favourite Christmas picture books as classroom decor. They'll be easy to access for your read-aloud!
2. Make paper Christmas tree ornaments with your students and display them in the classroom. Students can take them home to give as gifts to their parents.
3. Plan a Christmas random acts of kindness challenge for your students, and display the challenges on your classroom wall.

What Should I Do With My Class for Christmas?
