A fun art activity to explore shape through the creation of origami animal faces.
Use this teaching resource when studying shape as one of the Elements of Visual Art or geometry in Mathematics. Students make an origami animal face and then analyse their creation to find any 2D shapes. These shapes are then drawn on a worksheet.
Step-by-step instructions are provided for the teacher to be able to model making the origami.
