Stretchy Sentences Worksheet
A worksheet to encourage students to write detailed sentences.
Print a worksheet for each child in the class. Alternatively, print a class set and place in a plastic sleeve so they can be used over again with a removable marker.
Provide the children with a stimulus for writing a ‘stretchy sentence’.
Ask the students to answer each of the 5 ‘w’ questions then write a stretchy sentence below.
