A worksheet that helps students to reflect on their eating habits.

Print out the worksheets and provide a copy to each student. Ask your students to draw what they had for dinner tonight.

Please note that this activity is not designed to judge students eating habits. It provides an opportunity for students to reflect on the types of food they are eating.
