Dictionary Definitions Match Up
A set of 20 word cards for students to match to their definition.
Print, cut and laminate the definition game board and word cards for students to use in small groups or as a whole class. Students use a dictionary to locate the definition of the word, before matching it with the correct definition.
Use this teaching resource when learning about dictionary skills or as a literacy group activity when developing spelling skills and strategies.
