Everyday Materials Posters for Early Learners

Help young students recognise the materials that make up the world around them with this colourful set of Everyday Materials Posters. Designed for early learners, these printable posters introduce students to common materials used in the world around them. Each poster highlights one material and shows nine everyday objects made from it, helping students build early science vocabulary and observation skills.

Students can use the Everyday Materials Posters to:

  • observe and name materials
  • compare objects made from different materials
  • recognise that materials have different uses
  • identify materials encountered during the school day
