Get your students moving, laughing, and thinking with our Halloween Headbands Game! This classic “What Am I?” style activity is a fun way to build social interaction and critical thinking while celebrating the spooky season. This Halloween Headbands Game features a wide variety of no-prep Halloween-themed cards for you to use as fun brain breaks during the weeks leading up to Halloween.
Using These Headband Cards in the Classroom
This set includes 36 printable headband cards featuring fun Halloween-themed characters, objects, and creatures.
How To Play The Headbands Game
- A player takes the top card from the deck without looking at the picture side of the card and holds it up to their forehead so the other players can see the picture. Then, they flip over the sand timer.
- The player asks each of the other players a question that will help identify the picture on their head. They continue asking questions until they correctly identify the picture. Play continues until time runs out.
- The player keeps the cards they correctly identify. Play continues until there are no more cards left.
