Allow your students to record their connections to a particular text with this Making Connections Worksheet.
The instructions have been left off this worksheet intentionally to allow you to differentiate within your classroom. You may have some students writing their connection, while others draw pictures or even use pictures to create a collage.
Students are required to write the title of the text they are working with at the top and then record ways that they make text-to-self, text-to-text and text-to-world connection with it.
