How to Host a Mother’s Day Tea in the Classroom

A Mother’s Day tea is a wonderful way to celebrate mums or mother figures in our student’s lives. Here are some tips to help you run a successful Mother’s Day morning tea in the classroom:

  • Think of a date that will work and organise some nice invitations.
  • Plan a nice menu, including some nice treats for the children and guests.
  • Decorate the classroom – think about where everyone will sit.

  • Organise for the students to sing a song to their guests.
