2D Shapes Games for Kids!

Kids love maths games! Engaging, colorful and fun, this 2D Shape Bingo game is a great way to consolidate learning about 2D shapes, their names and properties! If you’re looking for a whole-class game that will get your students spotting and correctly naming those shapes, this is it!

Included in this download:

  • 30x player gameboards
  • 2x blank gameboards
  • Set of caller cards

Such a fun, engaging resource I used with my Year 2 class! Enabled them to practice identifying 2D shapes in a fun, play-based way. – Teach Starter teacher, Dilek.

To play this game, the teacher or student will draw a calling card and read it to the class. Students will then look at their gameboards to see if one of the depictions on their board is an equivalent representation. Students will place counters over their board as needed. The first person to get 5 in a row is the winner! Play on for a full-card winner.
